Is Your Home in Need of Repairs?

Ellendale currently has a federally funded grant in place through Sussex County. Low income and fixed income (Social Security, etc) resident homeowners who meet this requirement criteria can apply and have necessary home repairs done such as: doors, electrical, flooring, roofing, plumbing and heating, siding, windows, accessible ramp, etc. This is federal grant money and if we don’t utilize this opportunity soon these funds could be withdrawn from Ellendale and given to another town. So, we are looking for homeowners who believe that they may qualify to apply for participation in this program.
