Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Clinic

The Council received a Community Reinvestment Fund grant for $35,000.00 to assist with feral cat issues. Currently, a Spay/Neuter Clinic for CATS only, is scheduled for Monday, December 16, 2024 with a mobile van from Humane Animal Partners performing the surgeries. If you have feral cats on your property that have not been spayed or neutered, please contact town.terrie.ottomano@outlook.com or 302-422-6727 to make arrangements to assist with cats to be trapped, spayed/neutered and released back to their colony.
