The Town of Ellendale will be celebrating Halloween by holding Trick or Treating on Thursday, October 31, 2024 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Trick-or-treaters need to see and be seen and if you are out and about and driving, be aware of pedestrians. Hope all have a safe and enjoyable Halloween!
