The Town of Ellendale will observe the regular Trick or Treat this year with residents who wish to pass out candy from their homes will have their lights on and patrons may visit for treats. We ask that you use precautions and follow safety guidelines set forth by the State. See link for guidelines. https://coronavirus.delaware.gov/

Please follow all traffic laws and regulations, wear bright/reflective clothing, use flashlights, children are urged to wear a face mask that is not a costume one for proper protection, and children under 12 should be with an adult.
