The annual municipal election for the Town of Ellendale will be held from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm on Saturday, January 7, 2023. At such annual election, every person, male or female, who shall have attained the age of eighteen (18) years on or before the date of the annual municipal election and who shall be a bona fide resident, of the Town of Ellendale, for a period of six (6) months immediately preceding the date of such Annual Municipal Election, and who shall be a resident of the State of Delaware, shall have one (1) vote.

There are two Town Council positions up for election.
