Special Meeting December 9, 2024-Shorts Farm Annexation

Monday, December 9, 2024 7:00 PM the Town Council will be holding a Special Meeting to review the results of the Election held December 7th, to annex the Shorts Farm into the Town of Ellendale.

The property is located on the south side of Beach Highway (State Route #16) and the west side of DuPont Boulevard (US Route #113), consisting of approximately 19.11 Acres. The proposed zoning for the parcel is C3 Highway Commercial.

The land and premises encompassed within the area proposed to be annexed is described above and is depicted on the referenced tax map and incorporated herein by specific reference.  A copy of said tax map, survey and Annexation Agreement shall be available for inspection at the Ellendale Town Hall, located at 300 McCaulley Street, Ellendale, Delaware.
