Recognition of Visitors – At this time, anyone wishing to address the town council with a certain topic who wasn’t placed on the agenda, may do so now.

Old Business

1. Comprehensive Plan Review Update – go over new census info -discussion and possible vote
2. Committee Updates – Land Use, Festival, Tree Lighting, Parade, Youth Council
3.  Charter Change Project – discussion on all changes needed for Charter; set up public hearing
4. Revision of wrong figures on one-page of 2018 Audit – discuss, review and possible vote
5. Proposed Budget/Fee Schedule/Tax Rate/ Salaries – vote individually or all together to estimate final numbers for budget 2019 and estimate proposed 2020

New Business

1. Mosquito Spraying – vote on whether to spray; vote to send affidavit for aerial spraying
2. Fire Company Donation and Impact Fees to present at Appreciation Night
3. Variance of minimum lot size – 703 Willow Street for Sussex County Habitat
4. Vote on New Zoning Map with correct boundaries and discuss issues with current Zoning Map and Density Table and need to fix as soon as possible – Ingram Village Zoning issue – Townhouses
5. Census 2020 – form small committee to help get word out – vote to send informational sheet in our Tax bills
6. Church paving issue on Washington Avenue where handicap and other parking spaces are – status; ideas; suggestions from Town Council
7. Establish Finance Committee – Ordinance – discuss and vote; members
