The Town of Ellendale will be holding a Public Hearing on Wednesday, July 6, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Ellendale Town Hall, 300 McCaulley Ave. This hearing is scheduled to hear, discuss, and answer questions pertaining to the request to rezone a property at the corner of Prettyman Avenue and Pine Street in Ellendale from R1 Residential to C2 Commercial.

If you are unable to attend, please address all questions and concerns in writing to Ellendale Town Council, PO Box 6, 300 McCaulley Ave, Ellendale DE 19941. Requests must arrive no later than 12:00 pm on July 5, 2022.
