Public Hearing has been changed to a Zoom Meeting due to guidelines from Governor’s Office (implemented December 14, 2020) Meeting call in information found on bottom of below agenda. Public Hearing Open to the public to learn about the Community Development Block Grant Program. This program is for low income residents to assist with housing rehab/fix up. This program is for in town as well as well as out of town residents. There are income limits. You can obtain information, sign up on the waiting list, and ask questions from the program director. You may also call 302-855-7777 for more information and to sign up.
