Old Business

1. Comprehensive Plan Review Update – discussion and possible vote
2. Town/Fire Company Sign- update
3. Including Ingram Village on Website – discussion with possible vote
4. Committee Updates – Land Use, Festival, Tree Lighting, Parade, Youth Council
5. Charter Change Project – discussion on all changes needed for Charter; set up public hearing
6. Dangerous Dog Issue – set up meeting with Animal Control, Legislators, Lawyer
7. Tree Ceremonies – set up date and time
8. Fire Company Events i.e. farmers market; National Police/Fire Co. Night Out; Food Truck – discussion about interest; bring back up at next meeting
9. Vacant Buildings, Homes, Structures require registration with Town Ordinance – discussion and set up public hearing
10. Potential Ordinance about Trash receptacles to the rear or side of your residence after trash day

New Business

1. Increasing issues/tensions in Ingram Village – discussion of possible meeting w/ Beaver, Residents, & Town – discussion w/ possible vote
2. Parking on Sidewalk Issue –
3. Items recovered in park – discussion with possible vote to make Policy
4. Zoning Notification changes – police served and/or posted notice on property instead of certified letter – discussion with possible vote
