NOTICE OF ANNEXATION ELECTION
There will be an Annexation Election at the Ellendale Town Hall, 300
McCaulley Avenue, Ellendale, DE from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm on Saturday, April 15, 2023.
The purpose of the election is to give property owners and residents of the following three (3) properties the opportunity to vote in favor of or against annexation into the Town of Ellendale:
First Annexation Petition:

The property is located west of DuPont Boulevard, south of Staytonville
Road, east of Webbs Road and north of Beach Highway. Consisting of

The land and premises encompassed within the areas proposed to be annexed as described above are depicted on tax map(s) and incorporated herein by specific reference, a copy of said tax map(s) shall be available for inspection at the Ellendale Town Hall.
