• Applicant MUST be currently POST Certified. 
• Have served in a Law Enforcement capacity for a MINIMUM of EIGHT years.
• Through Career progression have attained the rank of Corporal. 
• Have an enhanced working knowledge in the following areas: Leadership, Skills, Patrol Procedures, Criminal and Traffic Investigations and Case Management, Scheduling, Budgeting, Police Officer’s Bill of Rights and Discipline, Development of Policies and Procedures, Grant Composition and Reporting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Applicant must demonstrate the ability to work closely with elected officials, municipal administrator, staff and fellow police officers. 
• Pay & Benefits: Salary up to $85,000, Vacation & Sick Leave, healthcare insurance
