Ellendale Family Fun Day returns August 15th

The Town of Ellendale will present the annual Ellendale Family Fun Day from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Saturday, August 15th, at Ellendale Town Hall and Town Park areas, 300 McCaulley Avenue, Ellendale. Attractions include DJ Paige Howell of Paige’s Kindness Project, food vendors, local businesses and informational tables. Returning this year is The Kidz Zone with 10 FREE activities for children. Including Kidz Zone Raffle Table where children can get a FREE raffle ticket to win one of many toys donated by Paige’s Kindness Project, who will also be in attendance. There will be FREE Backpacks with school supplies to be given to each child in attendance. Also, in the Kidz Zone is DelDOT Bike & Ped Safety Station,  DE Readiness free book giveaways, tattoos, Decorate a Treat, a Photo Op Booth, plus much more. The Ellendale Volunteer Fire Department will have an engine and medic on site for families to explore and around noon the Delaware State Police Helicopter will arrive. Also in attendance will be Beebe Mobile Health Unit for FREE health screenings and the Crimestoppers trailer with games and activities.
