Brad Whaley from Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)  will be here to give a presentation about the CDBG grant application process. This is a program to help low income residents both in and out of town apply for housing rehab (the most common) and other covered services. Residents are welcome to come listen to the process, ask questions, and sign up to be placed on the list or find out if you qualify.
