Children up to the age of 12 may trick or treat in Ellendale from 6pm-8pm at participating houses. If you are a resident who wishes to participate in giving candy, please make sure you light is on so they will know which homes to go to. Please use caution when walking, carry flashlights, be on the right side of the street or preferably on sidewalks for safety. If you are driving, please remember that all traffic rules still apply, have your flashers on, watch for other vehicles and children/parents walking across roadways, etc.
