Public Hearing will be held before the Planning Commission of the Town of Ellendale to consider the following:

Review of a Preliminary Site Plan for a parcel of land totaling 126.76 acres located on North Old State Road, Ellendale, and identified as tax parcels 230-19.00-112.00 and 230-20.00-12.00. The property is currently zoned R3 General and Multifamily Residential Use. The property is located east of North Old State Road, south of Fleatown Road, extending across the railroad tracks owned by Pennsylvania Lines LLC, west of Holly Tree Road, and north of Douglas Drive.

A public hearing has been scheduled for Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 7:00 pm before the Planning Commission. Written comments will also be accepted until December 7, 2022 via mail to Town of Ellendale Planning Commission, P.O. Box 6, Ellendale, DE 19941.
